DLM Ireland

D Licence Managers Ireland · Est. 2026

A collective voice for Ireland's D Licence Managers.

A professional representative membership organisation for D licensed property managing agents managing Owners' Management Companies and Multi-Unit Developments across Ireland.

Who We Are

DLM Ireland has been established to provide a professional representative paid membership organisation for D licensed property managing agents in Ireland who are managing Owners' Management Companies and Multi-Unit Developments.

As the work of the D Licence Manager has become increasingly complex, regulated and litigious — and is likely to become even more so in the future — professional D Licence Managers require a collective professional voice, peer support and a forum for engagement that compliments regulation (PSRA) and encourages the collaboration of knowledge and expertise.

While the regulatory framework (PSRA) is essential, support among peers, collaborating and knowledge sharing is also an essential element to elevating the profession and raising the bar to a 'best in class' standard.

04

Our objectives are collective, not commercial. Our organisation exists to represent D-Licence property managers as a cohort, facilitate peer collaboration, improve professional standards, share knowledge and experience and create a collective voice for engagement with regulators and policymakers.
